The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Personal hygiene products (e.g., toothbrushes, razors)
Items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

Return Drop-Off:
- You can return the item to any of our branches in Lahore:

  - Chah Miran, Neelum Cinema Rd
  - Islampura Bazar
- Alternatively, you can mail the item back to us (shipping costs for returns are non-refundable).

Refund Policy

Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Deductions: If any shipping or handling fees were applicable, these will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as returns.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
